Mary Bridge Good Samaritan Children's Therapy Unit
It takes a village of caring, generous community members to support children with special needs. The cost of providing equipment to meet kids where they’re at often exceeds private insurance, and philanthropy can help bridge the gaps. Donations also make CTU’s Assistive Technology program possible and fuel creative, individualized solutions for each child.
Your gifts ensure all kids with special needs get the care they need at Mary Bridge Good Samaritan Children’s Therapy Unit (CTU), including:
- Support and treatments for developmental concerns, such as autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy
- A team of highly trained pediatric specialists
- A family-centered and culturally sensitive approach
- Evaluations and ongoing therapies
In 2019, donors helped:
- Serve 3,804 children
- Fund 41,877 treatment visits
- Provide toys for occupational therapy
- Offer a "Go Baby Go" course for staff to learn how to build ride-on vehicles
- Support behavioral health consults
- Put on Sibshops: a peer support group for siblings of children with special needs
- Purchase Movement Lab equipment
Your generosity offers children the opportunity to develop and thrive in a space where they can learn and explore new skills. Give today to open up a world of play, independence and empowerment.
