Welcome to My Personal Page
Please Come Walk With Me during the month of October, and help me support those going through a breast cancer diagnosis or treatment, honor those who have fought breast cancer and won and remember those who we lost too soon.
My friend of 30 years was diagnosed earlier this year with breast cancer. She is spunky, fun, full of life and joy to be around. Her and her husband have 4 boys. She was very optimistic. Then, she had to have chemo and a mastectomy. Lost all of her hair. She was planning to do the procedure that would allow Dr's to create new breasts, but during that process, they found more cancer. She is at a stage 4 and the cancer has spread to her brain. She's in her 40's - and we're all stunned. Let's improve women's access to care. Come Walk With Me! Join my team walk with us!
I'm sure all of us probably know someone who's had breast cancer. This is where your personal donation and any funds raised are benefiting:
